1. Booking and Payment

1.1. A booking is only confirmed once a deposit of [X% or £X] has been received.
1.2. The remaining balance must be paid no later than [X days/hours] before the event date.

1.4. All prices include standard setup and collection within [X miles/km] of [location], unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

2.2. Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases of extreme weather where the equipment cannot be used safely.

3. Delivery, Setup, and Collection

3.1. Delivery and collection times will be agreed in advance.
3.2. The customer must ensure adequate access for delivery and setup (minimum width, no steps unless discussed).
3.3. The setup area must be flat, clean, and free of sharp objects, animal waste, and obstructions.
3.4. Power must be available within [X metres] of the setup area unless a generator is hired.
3.5. The customer must not move, reposition, or tamper with any equipment after setup.

4. Safety and Supervision

4.1. The customer is responsible for supervising the inflatable and all equipment at all times.
4.2. Children and adults must be grouped by size and age when using inflatables to prevent injury.
4.3. No food, drink, shoes, pets, face paint, sharp objects, or smoking are allowed on or near the inflatable.
4.4. Maximum capacity and safety rules displayed on the equipment must always be followed.
4.5. In case of high winds (above 24 mph / 38 km/h) or rain, the inflatable must be deflated immediately for safety.

5. Damage, Loss, and Liability

5.1. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment during the hire period.
5.2. The customer agrees to pay the full repair or replacement cost if the equipment is damaged beyond normal wear and tear.
5.3. [Your Business Name] is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from misuse, neglect, or failure to follow safety instructions.
5.4. Customers must ensure they have appropriate public liability insurance for their event, if required.
